1. Digital Products – No Refund Policy
- Since our products are digitally delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Once the website/template is delivered to your email/hosting, no refund or exchange will be issued.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment (if you are charged twice by mistake).
- Technical error on our side where the product is not delivered at all.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before the delivery process starts.
- Once the website/template setup has been initiated or delivered, cancellation is not possible.
4. Customization & Add-ons
- Any customization services or add-on features purchased are non-refundable.
- If you require changes after delivery, additional charges may apply.
