Digital Products

Digital products may include Shopify themes, WordPress themes, website templates, landing pages, website layouts, design assets, and related digital files.

Complete Website Services

Depending on the selected package, LayoutKart may provide a complete Shopify or WordPress website including installation, configuration, design implementation, content placement, basic setup, and other features specifically mentioned in the relevant product or service description.

The exact features, inclusions, delivery time, number of pages, revisions, integrations, and support included in a package may vary from product to product.

Customers should review the individual product or service description before purchasing.

4. Customization Services

LayoutKart may provide customization services according to customer requirements.

Customization may include:

Design changes
Color and typography changes
Layout modifications
Content placement
Image replacement
Section modifications
Website configuration
Theme customization
Basic functionality adjustments

Custom development, third-party integrations, advanced functionality, or work outside the purchased package may require an additional charge.

The final scope of a customization project will be based on the agreed requirements between LayoutKart and the customer.

5. Product Demonstrations and Previews

Images, screenshots, demonstrations, previews, and live demos displayed on the LayoutKart website are provided to demonstrate the design, layout, features, and appearance of a product.

The final delivered website may differ depending on:

Customer-provided content
Images and branding
Shopify or WordPress configuration
Third-party plugins or apps
Selected package
Customization requirements
Platform updates
Technical limitations

Customers should review the product details and demo before placing an order.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the LayoutKart website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the customer places the order, subject to applicable taxes, discounts, promotional offers, or other charges.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

LayoutKart does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, or other payment authentication credentials.

7. Order Confirmation

An order is considered successfully placed after payment has been successfully received or otherwise confirmed by LayoutKart or its payment provider.

LayoutKart may contact the customer through email, phone, WhatsApp, or another provided communication method to confirm requirements or obtain information necessary to complete the order.

8. Delivery of Digital Products and Websites

Digital products may be delivered through download links, email, customer accounts, or another method specified by LayoutKart.

For complete website or customization services, delivery may require the customer to provide required information, content, access credentials, hosting details, domain information, or platform access.

Availability of required information

Third-party services

Revisions or additional requests

Any estimated delivery time is an estimate unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly agreed in writing.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to complete the website or customization service.

This may include:

Business information
Logo
Brand colors
Images
Product information
Website content
Domain information
Hosting information
Shopify or WordPress access
Other required materials

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the content they provide does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed responses, incorrect information, or unavailable access may affect the delivery timeline.

10. Website Access and Credentials

Where website setup requires access to Shopify, WordPress, hosting, domain, or other third-party accounts, the customer is responsible for providing appropriate access.

Customers should never provide unnecessary payment credentials, OTPs, banking passwords, UPI PINs, or other highly sensitive authentication information.

LayoutKart will use provided access only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform the agreed service.

Customers remain responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts after delivery.

11. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a product or service depends on the package purchased.

A revision means a reasonable modification to the agreed design or requirements.

Requests that substantially change the original scope, structure, functionality, or project requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

12. Third-Party Services

Some websites may depend on third-party platforms, applications, plugins, themes, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, fonts, stock resources, or other external services.

Examples may include Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers, plugins, apps, payment providers, analytics services, and other third-party technologies.

LayoutKart does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, functionality, compatibility, or future updates.

Customers are responsible for purchasing or maintaining third-party subscriptions, licenses, applications, hosting, domains, or paid services where these are not included in the LayoutKart package.

13. Shopify and WordPress Requirements

Shopify and WordPress are third-party platforms.

LayoutKart may design, configure, customize, or set up websites using these platforms, but platform-level policies, pricing, features, technical limitations, updates, account restrictions, or service interruptions are controlled by the respective platform providers.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own Shopify, WordPress, hosting, domain, and related accounts unless otherwise agreed.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, LayoutKart retains ownership of its original website designs, templates, layouts, code, graphics, documentation, and other intellectual property.

After full payment, the customer receives the usage rights specifically included with the purchased product or service.

Unless expressly permitted by LayoutKart, customers may not:

Resell LayoutKart templates as standalone products
Redistribute original LayoutKart files
Upload and sell LayoutKart templates on third-party marketplaces
Claim LayoutKart’s original designs as their own
Share purchased files publicly
Create a competing template product from LayoutKart’s original files
Distribute source files to unauthorized third parties

The customer may use the delivered website for their own business or approved client project according to the license or usage terms applicable to the purchased product.

15. Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of content, logos, images, product information, trademarks, and other materials they provide to LayoutKart.

By providing such materials, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

The customer grants LayoutKart permission to use the provided materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service.

16. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use LayoutKart products or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or deceptive activities.

You must not use our products, services, website, or infrastructure to:

Violate applicable laws
Infringe intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or malicious code
Conduct fraudulent activities
Impersonate another person or business
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Abuse or disrupt our website or services

LayoutKart may refuse or terminate services where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the service is being used for prohibited activities.

17. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and order-related claims are handled according to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Support does not automatically include unlimited redesign, custom development, third-party platform support, or new functionality unless expressly included in the purchased package.

We aim to keep the LayoutKart website available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Maintenance
Hosting problems
Security incidents
Technical issues
Platform updates
Internet or network problems
Events beyond our reasonable control

20. Disclaimer

LayoutKart provides products and services on an “as available” and “as described” basis, subject to the applicable product description and agreed scope.
